Melissa- I would be surprised if they did. A lot of people ordering don’t have babies so those products wouldn’t be fair to include in a general grab bag. I think they’d have to specify that.

I put in an order earlier today and used all the promo codes and didn’t have an issue but I went to place an order for my friend just a few minutes ago and the free $9 gift with the lip balms was not coming up anymore. they must have hit their limit.
