CVS: Free Olay Body Wash

10/31/2010

Share

Reader MandM pointed out that the new $5 off Olay when you buy Secret coupon in the 10/31 P&G does not have any size restrictions.

So she purchased a travel size Secret for $1 and used the $5 coupon toward the body wash- which is priced at $7 this week. So the total after coupon was $3 and she got $3 in ECBs back= Free.

I don’t know if this will work for everyone but I suppose you can try it!

Thanks MandM.

There are numerous new Target coupons available today.  The two highlights for me are the $1 off any bakery purchase coupon.  My store sells french bread for $1.29- so just .29!  The $1 off any produce coupon is back as well.  I forgot to buy Cauliflower this week so I will be putting that coupon to good use.  There are also some for discounts on holiday decorations!  The ones I printed don’t expire until Christmas Eve- so maybe you will get lucky with a Black Friday sale.

You can click below to see the rest of the coupons- a few of these appear to have just reset. All of these are Target coupons unless otherwise noted.

It looks like this should be working again- last time it was over pretty quickly.

You can head over to request a free subscription to Whole Living magazine. You will need to fill out a survey on exercise and you also need to send one referral to a friend’s email.

I requested this one last time and it only took about 3 minutes.

Here are a few updates to the Walgreens deals for the week:

NyQuil or DayQuil 20 ct. / Liquid 10 oz or Formula 44 – 2/$10
Get $5 Register Rewards
Use (2) $1.50/1 Dayquil/NyQuil from 10/31 P&G
Final Price: $1 each when you buy 2

Apparently the Sinex IS WORKING for this deal although it might not be marked on sale at your store!

Some stores have it marked as $6.99- but it is ringing up at $5 and generating the $5 RR.  So the math looks like this:

Buy 2 at $5 each (remember they might not be marked at $5 so just ask for a price check to be sure)
Use (2) $4/1 any Sinex item coupons from 10/10 P&G
Pay $2 and get a $5 Register Reward back!

Also there is a deal on select Proctor and Gamble items this week. Spend $30 and get a $10 Register Reward back. There is also a coupon in today’s paper for $5 off Olay Body Wash, Soap or lotions when you buy a Secret Deodorant. So this can really work out to a heck of a deal if you have enough coupons.

I posted a pretty conservative scenario in the Walgreens deals because technically the $5 off Olay coupon should be adjusted down for any Olay items that are priced less than $5. Apparently the coupons are going through with no problems at all- so hopefully everyone will have good luck. Here is another deal idea that you can try for a $4 moneymaker:

Buy 5 Secret Deodorants $3.99
Buy five packs of Olay soap 2ct $2.24
Use five $5/1 Olay wyb Secret coupons
Pay $6.15 plus tax out of pocket and get back one $10 register reward

The nice thing this week is that you can roll those Register Rewards to buy the Toy Story 3 DVD since there aren’t any coupons available.

So I’d love to know what scenarios you come up with for this deal!!  Let us know how it goes for you.

Thanks Wild for Wags and Common Sense with Money.

I noticed in my Big Lots ad this week, they have Campbell’s Select Harvest soups on sale for $1 a can.  If you also received this ad, you can take it in to Walmart or Target and ask for a price match.

There is a $1/2 printable coupon for Select Harvest soups- that would make them .50 each after coupon and price match.  The soup on sale at Big Lots is the Garden Recipes varieties and the coupon is for any Select Harvest or Select Harvest Healthy Request soups so it should work fine!

*NOTE:  You can not use coupons at Big Lots so price matching at Target or Walmart works out to a better deal.  You will need the actual ad from Big Lots to take in with you.

Clinique.com is offering a bonus time gift again.  The gift is free with a $21.50 purchase plus you get free shipping.  It includes 2 cosmetic pouches and your choice of 6 samples.

This one you pick what you want so here is what you do:

  • Click on the bonus offer (pictured above) from Clinique.com.  The bag will be added automatically and then you want to look for the tabs above the bag to select your items.  They look like this:

  • You can select your items from each tab.  Then add everything to your cart.  You should have 6 items total plus the 2 bags.
  • You need to buy one or two items for $21.50 or more.  I selected the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel at $24.

Shipping should be free and you will have at least 9 items total- here is what my cart looked like:

So that is really a lot of products for $24!!

So you can head over to Clinique.com to have a look.  Items are already selling out so I wouldn’t wait if you are interested.

If you prefer to use Ebates, you will get $5 cash back for creating a new account PLUS you get 8% cash back.  To use Ebates is very simple- just click through to Ebates and register for an account.  Type in Clinique in the search bar at the top right side.  Then you will see Clinique listed with 8% cash back.

Click on that link and follow all the steps listed above.  If you have a new account, you will get $5 plus the 8% (which is $1.92 on my order) deposited in your account.  They cut quarterly rebate checks that you can walk to the bank and cash!

Swagbucks is offering a code for 5 free bucks until 7pm PST time today only.

I can’t tell you the code, but I promise this one is super simple.

Just head over to Swagbucks and look for the code they have listed.  You can cut and paste it into the Gimme box that you see at Swagbucks.com.  That should give you 5 bucks.  If you don’t get any bucks when you paste the code, be sure you don’t have any extra spaces from when you were cutting and pasting.
