Roseville’s WF did not have it 1/2 off today. But I did get the kids Cliff bars that are 69 cents with the 50 cent off coupon makes them only 19 cents.

what a deal!, my whole foods has these but i actually have to stay away from flax because i eat a bunch of veges everyday already and as my doc says its too much fiber for my body to take in. oh well… more cake then:)
