Mickie- technically in Safeway’s coupon policy you can not use a coupon on a free item.
how long is this deal for?
I just have to mention that I tried this rice a while ago when I got it super cheap with a coupon. I thought the rice was really gross in my opinion. Just my few cents.
Kroger also has it on sale for $1.50 and if yours doubles it will be free! I got 6 of them this week.
