Safeway released a supplemental ad this week- these deals are valid through Tuesday only.

As usual you want to double check your ad before you head out.

80% Lean Ground Beef $1.69
(FINALLY! It has been ages since I have seen a ground beef sale so I am just going to take money from next week and use it now to stock up. I don’t know if the beef is Rancher’s Reserve, if it is there is still a $2/10 coupon!)

Danon Activia $1.88
Use .75/1 printable
Final Price: $1.13 (Thanks Yin!)

These deals are valid through 10/2:

Huggies or Pampers Box Wipes $8.99 (300 or 360 ct) with in ad coupon
Use $2/1 Huggies wipes coupon
Final Price: $6.99 (or .19 per wipe- like paying $1.24 for a 64 ct tub of wipes)

Huggies Diapers $7.99 with in ad coupon
Use $3/1 Pure and Natural
or Use $4/2 Little Movers
Final Price: as low as $4.99

Febreze Air Effects $2.50
Use $.50/1 in ad coupon
Use $1/1 e-coupon
and Use $1/1 from 9/26 P&G
Final Price: Free!
*Most stores will allow you to stack coupons but apparently some are now refusing to allow it. You might ask at your store if you aren’t sure. If they do refuse to allow it, just skip the in ad coupon and you pay .50.

Oscar Mayer Beef Franks $1.99 with in ad coupon
Use $1/2 from 9/26 SS or 8/22 SS
Final Price: $1.49

You can also use the PG Saver e-coupon for $1/1 the Febreeze Air Effects and still use the in-ad coupon to get it for free!

Momo- I might be missing something but I think it would look like this:

    $2.50
in ad coupon for .50 off
    e-saver coupon for $1
    =$1

So if you can’t use the paper coupon it would be $1. Or you can skip the in ad coupon and it would be .50.

Sorry, forgot to add the $1/1 from 9/26. Just giving an option to avoid the Safeway e-coupon to avoid having to give up the in-ad coupon.

I went to Safeway this weekend to use my Rancher’s Reserve coupon. The scanner did not read the coupon and the manager informed me that you must buy $10 worth of meat. Funny that is doesn’t say that on the coupon. I was very dissappointed with Safeway.

Sarah- I read the coupon to be the same I am sorry to say ๐Ÿ™ It is not really clear though so you have a case for sure- but I think it means spend $10 or more on RR meat and get $2 off. I don’t think it means spend $10 on anything and get $2 off.

Yay for the ground beef sale! I stocked up on the chicken breasts at Raley’s but we have NO ground beef so I’ll be making a Safeway run. Hopefully the coupon is good for the ground beef, that would be awesome.

For the Dannon Activia yogurt you can also load the Safeway e-coupon (I think it was for $1.00)onto your card and your yogurt is practically free! Nothing taste better than almost free yogurt!

we got 3 packages of the ground beef, yay for stockpiling. we only have beef or chicken in this house, kind of sad, I know. BUT 1.69 per lb….awesome!!!!

The Activia coupon is a store e-coupon, but the Febreeze is a PG e-saver coupon, so they are found at different places and I got them both with zip 98683.

on this ad, they show that you can stack the P&G coupon on top of their in ad coupon to make the tide 4.99-so if anyone is given trouble-you should be able to show them their ad is showing you to actually stack!
