The awesome deal from Safeway.com is back! You can get $15 off a $50 order at Safeway.com if you are a new customer!
I believe this will also work for Vons.com and Genuardis.com customers providing you live in the delivery area.
Delivery is free- so you basically get $50 in groceries delivered to your home for $35!
I had a great experience when I ordered- I just picked a time and they arrived the next day. I found everything to be fresh and got exactly what I wanted.
If you have been looking for a way to save a little extra on dairy items, meats, produce, dog food and other items that it can be hard to find deals on- this is really a fantastic deal.
You just need to head over to Safeway, Vons or Genuardis and enter your zip code to find out if they deliver to your area. Then go through and place your order and at checkout enter code: SAVEBIG at checkout.

does this expire? can you use the free shipping with it? I notice when I do a hypothetical situation @ safeway the cost does not include the shipping.(even over 50)
does the coupon expire?
Hey Charlene – I registered as a new user and got a free delivery code, but not $15 off $50? Is there a code?
OMG – I just saw it! Thanks
Hi. I am wondering if you are supposed to tip the delivery guy. If so, how much should I tip?
BTW…thanks for saving me sooooo much money!!!!
Charlene – I’m a little leery… I did soda and it said that there’s a buy 2 get 2 sale right now. But in the check out process it says that it won’t be reflected until my final statement… have you done that before? That’s a lot of money – like $15! So I’m just nervous and waiting for it to come off…
Carla- my amount was adjusted. I just bought a bunch of chicken so I don’t think I had any coupons. I did hear from someone last time that had Cellfire coupons come off her online order. I don’t see which soda offer you mean but if it says Buy 2 Get 2 online- you should have no problems at all. If it doesn’t say it online and just says it on the sales ad for the store- you might have an issue. The prices can be different online.
I know my invoice was adjusted because I did have produce and obviously they can’t give you exactly one lb of produce so it was a few cents more. The driver gave me the papers and brought everything to the kitchen and gave me time to check it all before I signed the form. I think the worst case situation would be that you simply refuse the order if the price isn’t correct.
Joni- I don’t think so 🙁 I was thinking that too because he was so nice but I didn’t tip. Maybe I am stingy I don’t know. If anyone else knows please tell us. I asked my husband’s friend who was a driver for Schwan’s and he said he didn’t take tips.
Sorry Carla. I have the nerve to assume people read all the way through my posts :D. It is at the very bottom. Another blogger just reminded me the other way that as fascinating as my toilet paper scenarios are- they don’t always hold everyone’s attention for the entire post.
Karen you can get free shipping on a $50 order one time only when you are a new user. Otherwise you have to spend $150. It is valid this week only and expires next Tuesday.
I am so excited! I just got 80% ground beef for $1.49/lb (10 lbs), I did the toilet paper deal (48 rolls), got some corn and beer for the hubby 🙂 it looks like it will be $28 before taxes! and i don’t have to go anywhere!!! thanks for sharing!
I was wondering if the ecoupons come off for online orders…. anybody know?
Cali- I did hear from one reader last time that it worked for her. I don’t see why it wouldn’t but I can’t promise you they will come off. She said she just bought not expecting them to work and then when her order arrived they did come off the final invoice.
