Old El Paso .50/1 is Back!

09/26/2010

Share

The awesome coupon for Old El Paso products is back!  Get .50/1 – which is good on the taco seasoning packets and taco shells.  You can often find these for $1 or less and if you have doubles, they will probably be free!

Even better, my Safeway store has a catalina running:

Old El Paso 9/6 – 10/3
Taco Shells, Dinner Kits, Seasoning, Refried Beans or Heat & Serve Side Dishes
Buy 3, Get $1 cat for your next Beef or Chicken purchase
Buy 6, Get $3 cat for your next Beef or Chicken purchase

So depending on how many coupons you can print, you should be able to get a great deal!  I would print this right away- it usually goes fast!

PS:  This cat is likely running at other stores too- you might look for signage the next time you shop!

More Free Pillsbury at Safeway Stores

09/26/2010

Share

Just a reminder that you can still get the free Pillsbury Grands, Crescent Rolls and Cinnamon Rolls through Tuesday.

I posted about this here- but in case you missed it- the deal looks like this:

The small size cans of Crescent Rolls and Cinnamon Rolls are priced at $1
The larger cans of Grands Jr biscuits are also $1

Plus there is a catalina running:

Pillsbury Refrigerated Baked Goods- running through 10/3
(Crescents, Cookies, Sweet Rolls, Grands Biscuits, Grands Cinnamon Rolls, Pie Crusts, Dinner Rolls, Loaves, Breadsticks or Pizza Crust)
Buy (4) & get $1.00
Buy (5) & get $2.00
Buy (6) or more & get $3.00

So the best deal is to buy 6 and get a $3 cat back and without coupons that makes them .50 each.

If you can find the Safeway coupon books- inside are $1/2 coupons for all 3 items. So if you find the coupon books- you can get all 6 cans for free after coupons and cat!

You can also print $1/2 coupons:

Grands Biscuits or here
Crescent rolls or here
Sweet Rolls or here

Don’t forget if you have Cellfire or Shortcuts e-coupons this can be a moneymaker!

Pantry Sale Today + $15/15 Purchase!

09/26/2010

Share

UPDATE: One Kings Lane is no longer offering a $15 sign up bonus. I am sorry if you missed out!

I will be at my Zumba class this morning, but I just wanted to let you know to check out One Kings Lane today at 8am PST, 11am EST for an artisanal cheese sale.

Just a reminder, if you missed the amazing kitchenware sale on Friday- you can register for One Kings Lane and get a $15 credit toward your first purchase.

The shipping is high at $8 but if you find something under $15- the extra will go toward shipping.  So it is possible to get premium cheeses for free depending on how great the sale is.

You can head over to One Kings Lane to have a look- you might also pass this deal along to your friends!  I believe you can go into your account and send emails and you will also get a credit if they decide to buy something.

NOTE:  IF THE SALE IS GOOD EXPECT THINGS TO SELL OUT FAST!  I WOULD MAKE UP YOUR MIND QUICKLY AND CHECKOUT OR YOU MIGHT MISS OUT.

**Update: Darn the pantry sale was a stinker.  You can sign up though and get emails when the new sales begin.  Maybe we see something good next week!

Also, there is a $1/1 Kandoo wipes coupon in today’s P&G. The refill packs are regularly priced at $1.65. The tubs frequently go on sale for $1.99.

Be sure to grab the .50/1 Old El Paso coupon- the seasoning packets tend to be less than .75 at Target!

Final Price: $1.50 per bag

Digiorno Pizza $4.50
Use $1/1 from 9/12 RP
Final Price: $3.50

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Target has changed the registers and they are not crediting coupons for the full value.  This seems to be on coupons that are for multiple items (like a $1/2 coupon).  The coupon is being adjusted down to the item’s value- not the coupon value.  So if you buy (2) items at $.75 and use a $1/2 coupon- the coupon is being adjusted down to .75!  So you need to watch carefully and make sure your coupons are credited properly or go to customer service and get a refund.  The $2.50/3 Huggies wipes coupon and the $5/5 Kraft Cheese coupons in particular might be an issue!

You can read more about this here.  (Side note: Target really needs to correct this issue.  It really angers me and it has been weeks and weeks this has been going on nationwide! Shame on you Target!)

Please let me know if you spot any other great deals this week!

Shopping Trip $52.25

09/25/2010

Share

I felt like this week was pretty stank as far as coupons go in my area!  So this is how things went this week.  Stay tuned for my menu plan to see what I put together with this stuff.  We switched to a different plan for the organic produce delivery that is $30 every other week.  This is going to put a dent in my budget and it will start next weekend.

RALEYS: $17.38
There was no real need to go to Raley’s this week but you better believe I made an excuse to get the free cupcakes.  (They were worth it.)

Milk $2.79
Shallot .15
Avocados $3.58 (this should have been $1.34 but my coupon didn’t work? I will have to ask for a refund next time.)
2 pints Strawberries $3.99
4 Cucumber $2.68
Apples $2.10
Eggs $1.98
4 Cupcakes- free with coupon

WHOLE FOODS: $10.04

3 Vegetable Broth $1.99
Apricot Filone Bread $1.99 (for my fig goat cheese!)
2 Tazo Teas $1.25- used (2) $1/1 coupons= .50
2 Smart Dogs $2.99 each- Used (2) $1/1 coupons= $1.99 each
Sea Salt .99
Voskos Greek Yogurt $1.59- used $1 coupon= $.59

SAFEWAY: $12.06
4 Ore Ida Potatoes $1.99- used (2) $3/2 coupons= .49 per bag
Heavy Cream $2.99
Safeway Buns x2- $1.79 each
Bananas $3.79
Mushrooms $2.99 for 2 pints
2 bags Mixed Lettuce $1 each
Provolone Cheese $2.64

I used a $3 cat and a $5 cat from last time (these were already mailed to me free catalina marketing!)

I bought the $20 voucher for Soap.com for $10. I got 2 huges boxes of trash bags and a lip balm for $12.77 shipped to my door.  Yeah!  These boxes should last several months.  The lip balm was a little spendy at $3.69 but I love eos.

So $52.25 this week but Raley’s overcharged me about $2 so it actually worked out almost perfect.

These should be available late tonight or tomorrow morning.  You still have a little time to watch the September videos and save any coupons you might need!

Otherwise, click below for the list for October:
