I haven’t had any problems with the offers you posted…I do think that Origins has excellent customer service! One of my ‘free’ items (from a previous posting of yours) spilled in the box before it arrived at my house, and I called the customer service number on my packing list. They sent me a brand new item to replace the other one without any hassle at all. Thanks for this deal you just posted!
I may be the customer who didn’t receive the free items, and was told they reserve the right to cancel samples when they are out of stock – I did not know this and made it clear they should have notified me. However, after several emails back and forth, Origins more than made it right! They really do have excellent customer service. Since I was ‘talking’ with two separate departments, both sent me a full-size item and sample, so I ended up with way more than I ordered! From now on I will always contact any customer service and give them a chance to fix it.

It looks like they ran out of the $9.50 lip balm. So I tried to purchase “underwear for lashes” which is $14.50 and had great reviews. Unfortunately, the system said it didn’t qualify b/c it wasn’t a “skincare” purchase. I figured since everyone above had such great experience with customer care…I’d try to ask them to honor the promo and of course they did. So I’m a HAPPY customer!
I ordered the lip balm last time you posted and it took awhile to arrive. When it did arrive the face wash was not included, but I emailed customer service and the face wash arrived yesterday. 🙂
