Jasmine I have no idea 🙁 I never shop at JC Penney. I would assume so but maybe see if the dress you want says anything about no returns.
Another idea is that you can actually go into a Penney’s store and order an online item using their system and it will get shipped to that store for FREE. So you can use your $10 off $10 code in the store, ordering online and have it shipped there for free.
@Jasmine Yes they will do internet returns/reorder another size for you in their catalog department in their store. I had to return a pair of shoes I ordered on Saturday with no problems & they asked if I wanted to have them reorder a different size for me. Not sure about returning the shipping price since my shoes shipped free though =/
