Oh, I can’t wait. My sister told me that she fries up little pieces of the dough, and then rolls it in cinnamon and sugar, or powdered sugar. Not the healthiest idea, but it sure sound yummy!

Yes, the biscuits are really good to fry up, try the ones that are sweet, like the honey biscuits. Kids love it!

this catalina is running at kroger and food lion as well,just waiting for a sale, do you know when the cat ends? fyi i picked up the small packages to test it out and it worked on the 5 count biscuits!
Does anyone know if this will roll? I have a ton of pillsbury coupons and was wondering if I could use the first $3.00 cat on some more and have another one print . . . . .
Sheri- 99.9% of the time catalinas will roll at Safeway. Just double check the wording on your first one to be sure but really Walgreens is the only store that has that little quirk.
I got all 6 cans for $1.30 (a few of the e-coupons doubled) and $3 catalina!
Don’t know if it was just my Vons, but the printable crescent roll $1/2 from the pillsbury website wouldn’t scan for the small cans. The cinnamon roll one went through fine for the small cans. It was weird because the cashier was insisting that it wasn’t going through b/c I didn’t buy the full-size cans. But the wording on the cinnamon roll Q and the crescent roll Q is exactly the same. Anyway, had to get manager approval to put the crescent Q through, and I was told that they were only doing it “this one time.” Glad to get a good deal but sometimes the hassle is hardly worth it!
I agree Amy- especially since the newspaper ones or the other printable are just .60 less and you could have used those. I am hoping to get to Sfwy tonight to finally test this out and we shall see. I almost never buy travel size items anymore because it is just too stressful for me to argue.
I tried to test this tonight, but my store was completely out of the $1.00 rolls. I think you have a lot of followers in Lincoln =)
bought 4 pills grand jrs at $1 each-non of my ecoupons came off (although they did say any size) and did not get a catalina either. 🙁 anyone else have issues?
