I ordered this same voucher from Groupon awhile back and got 3 pairs of leg huggers for my girls for just the price of shipping! They also have winter snow pants for boys or girls for $24.95 and the company’s signature tushie covers for girls or boys (these are little skirts/shorts with built in leggings) for $24.95.
The voucher can be applied toward shipping, which is about $7-8. So buy one item at $24.95 and you basically get it for $10+ $3 or so shipping!
