There is an awesome deal running at Savemart right now- but sadly today is the last day of the promotion.
Buy 10 Kellogg’s items- mix and match and get them for $1.98 each
To make the deal better, when you buy 10 items you get a $10 catalina at checkout. So it is sort of like paying .98 per item before coupons!
Here are just a few coupons you can use, for those that already did this we’d love to hear what deals you found!
$1/2 Frosted Mini Wheats Cereal or here
$1.50/2 Corn Pops, Apple Jacks, Froot Loops
$1/2 Eggos from 7/25 RP
$1/2 Kellogg’s Fruit Snacks from 8/29 RP
$1/2 Rice Krispies
.75/1 Cinnabon Cereal
.75/1 Cinnamon Corn Flakes
$1/2 Raisin Bran
There are some great deals to roll that catalina as well- here are my favorites:
Eggs $1.29
Jumbo Cantaloupe $1.50
Nectarines .97/lb
Plums .97/lb
Ground Beef $1.99/lb
Grapes .67/lb
Pears .29/lb
Cross Rib Roast $1.99/lb
Thanks Laura!

If you have the Kelloggs Fuel for School booklets, you can get some great deals. My store still had some on the display. My favorite was $2.00 off of fresh fruit when you buy 2 of the 100 calorie right bites (keebler or sunshine) which are included in the sale.
Sadly the Cinnabon cereal and Cinnamon Corn Flakes are not part of the deal so you cannot use those coupons, also, be prepared for the register to beep that you are using too many coupons. I talked to a manager about it and he said when the coupon amount goes over a certain dollar amount or a certain percentage the register automatically beeps and you need a manager override. My store also had the Fuel for School booklets today when I went so hopefully you will get lucky!
Beware the Cinnabon — a few weeks back when Safeway was running the $10 cat the shelf tag said Cinnabon qualified, but I didn’t get the cat. I called them and after the investigation they said I only bought 9 qualifying products — when they read them back the Cinnabon was the offender.
There is also a $10 rebate when you buy 10 Kellogg’s or Keebler products. Such a deal!

Thanks Donya- I was just thinking how in the world did I miss that but the dates on the form are from last year. I remember that offer because I seriously scored on it. Do you see something different than I do? It says 7/6-9/30 2009.
Since today was the last day to get in on this deal and I wanted to maximize my savings and time, I took my husband along with me. I had a TON of cereal and Pop Tart coupons from earlier in the year that came in $5.00 coupon booklets inside of participating Kellogg cereals. We ended up doing a total of 4 transactions (two each). Our first transactions were $15 each after $5.00 coupons; Second transactions were $5.00 each, after $5.00 coupons, and $10.00 catalinas. – Total spent $40.00; then we got back two additional $10.00 catalina’s for food. We ended up with 30 boxes of healthy Kellogg’s cereals, 10 boxes of 12 count not so healthy Pop Tarts (LOL!) and $20.00 of essentially free food – we bought fruit on special (grapes, nectarines, plums), 6 quarts of Dreyers ice cream, 1 dozen eggs and received $.75 cents in change. So our total was $39.25 for everything. We saved $120.00!! My hubby is impressed. I’ll be blogging with photos, about this deal tomorrow.
You are correct-sorry about that! That’s what I get for being greedy!
Not greedy at all. Smart to try and find another angle to make it better ๐
I was able to get 10 items for $13.80, and got the $10 cat. I bought 5 loaves of bread (we really need it now that school started) and one pear for $0.09 cents. Not a bad trip!!
When I tried this last night at Lucky in San Pablo the checkers would not accept my “internet” coupons for the cereal unless they had Lucky on them. Can’t find a written coupon policy for Lucky/Save Mart. Anyone else seen one?
Scott I asked a few times and never heard back. I know they are active of Twitter now because they keep spamming my weekly matchups ๐ If you have a twitter account you can try to get a person that way.
