Raley’s Trip

08/29/2010

I have to say I was so excited for the e-coupons at Raley’s this week! Coupons for meat and produce are so incredibly hard to find so this was great.

Here is what I got:

2 gallons of milk $4.98
Ronzoni .99- used .55/1 coupon= .44
1 Black Angus Carne Asada $3.54
1 Black Angus Ribeye $7.10
1 3lb bag apples FREE with coupon!

I used the $5/10 Black Angus coupon and paid $11.

I went next door to Target as well and got 2 Challenge Butters for $2.54. I used (2) .55/1 coupons and paid $1.99 each.

Total was $15. plus I already spent $24 this week- so $39 for the week.  I will probably go to CVS for the free after ECB earbuds and toothbrushes.

We have been stocking up each week on extra meat that is at great prices and I really have a stuffed freezer so we didn’t need a whole lot.

Hi Charlene,

I thought I mention that I found a blinkie machine at Safeway (Hazel Ave) for $.75 off any Challenge product Expire 9/30. So be on the look out…every little bit helps. Loved the Raley’s coupons this week!!! We had yummy and inexpensive pot roast for dinner tonight…thanks!!!

Yes I have those too somewhere…. The .55 was good enough for me this time. We needed butter. I will probably get more before those blinkies expire because $1.99 is usually my buy price and I like Challenge better than Lucerne.

Did someone get thirsty for milk on the car ride home? ; )

Oh no- we went on Friday by mistake and those Raley’s coupons weren’t valid. So I went back on Sunday but the milk we just got the first trip. That is a day and a half of milk use and my husband isn’t even here to have his normal cereal. It is 2 gallons a week.
