There is an awesome deal running at Savemart right now- but sadly today is the last day of the promotion.
Buy 10 Kellogg’s items- mix and match and get them for $1.98 each
To make the deal better, when you buy 10 items you get a $10 catalina at checkout. So it is sort of like paying .98 per item before coupons!
Here are just a few coupons you can use, for those that already did this we’d love to hear what deals you found!
Just one last reminder that today is the very last day to make your free Picaboo photo book ($39.99 value)- this is a hard cover book and you just need to pay $8.99 in shipping.
You have to order the book by today to get this offer. If you can’t finish by today, there are two codes that will give you 50% off books: pntg50 or ALLYOU50 through 9/30.
I noticed Glad bags in the 40 ct and 50 ct are marked down again to $2.49 through Oct 31.
If you still have the Safeway MDA book there is a $2/2 coupon Plus the $2/2 Cellfire coupon
Final Price: .49 per box!
Mahatma Rice Bags are $1.99 Use the $.50/1coupon
Final Price: .99 with doubles or $1.49 without
Mahatma 5.5 oz Bags of Rice $1.29 Use the $.50/1 coupon
Final Price: .29 with doubles or .79 without
Also I noticed a display in the meat department- spend $30 in Rancher’s Reserve beef and get a free steak knife ($12.99 in value). I think this was in an ad a few weeks ago but it is apparently good through 9/7. The display said to take the knife up with you to pay and it would be automatically deducted from your transaction.

Reader Bree let me know that Shortcuts just added a new .55 Almond Breeze coupon. The catalina runs through today only so one last chance to stock up!
Just a reminder- buy an Almond Breeze chilled almond milk and any cereal you want and get a $3 cat back. You can see my scenario idea for this week here.
Baby Bella Mushrooms $3.99
Garlic .50
Bread $1.50- used $1 coupon= .50
2 Del Monte Smoothies $1- Used (2) $1 coupons= Free
And I used a $1 produce coupon and paid $3.99
CVS #1 $9.54
This trip didn’t go as planned…
King Size Snickers $1 (as filler)- used .75 coupon from CVS coupon scanner= .25
Phillips Earbuds $6.99
3 Oral B Toothbrushes $3.79- Used BOGO coupon, Used (2) .75 coupons
1 Oral B toothbrush .94 on clearance
Used $2 ECB and $4/20 coupon from scanner and paid $9.54, got $5 ECB for Oral B and $6.99 for Earbuds.
I should have been able to use (2) BOGO coupons. I gave those first and the cashier said I could only use one. I have to call customer service tomorrow because that was incorrect.
Transaction #2:
Cascade $3.99
High Octane $1.99
Used $5 ECB from transaction #1 and paid $1.31. (The Cascade is not an especially good deal- we are just out of dish soap.) Got $1 ECB for Cascade and $1.99 for High Octane.
So my net cost at CVS was $2.87 and it actually would have been a .90 moneymaker except the cashier that thwarted me.
There are a few great deals on Zulily today for little girls. I thought these skirts were so adorable and they would be cute with t-shirts for summer or with tights and sweaters for fall. They are priced at $9.99 but the sizes are fairly limited.
They also have matching flutter sleeve tops for $8.99 or cardigans for $12.99.
There are some cute ballet outfits for little girls as well. I just enrolled Adriana in ballet and I have not found a great deal anywhere on ballet clothes. This little outfit is $16.99 and they have little tutu’s available as well for $21.
They have a few things for little guys too- these bomber jackets are $26.99 and there is a line of skater clothes for little guys that are really adorable.
There are a few promo codes that will hopefully work to help offset the shipping- which should be $7 or so:
CCABIN10 for 10% off
Or Try GAF7856 for $5 off a $50 purchase
or Try POPSICLE10 for $10 off a $50 purchase.
(And I’d love to hear which codes actually work for you. I could only get the 10% off code to work.)
This week Avery Label pads are priced at $1 in the 8/29 ad for Staples. The ad says “after instant savings or easy rebate” so I am not sure if there is a rebate attached to this or if you simply pay $1. (UPDATE- I called and was told it was just $1 after instant rebate).
*This is a pdf coupon, meaning you can print as many as you like however it does state one per purchase. I am not that crazy about pdf coupons because some stores will refuse them. If you aren’t certain your local Staples will accept internet coupons you might want to call ahead and ask…
Some Walgreens stores have 5.5oz boxes of Cap’n Crunch cereal priced at $1. You might check the end caps of your store as well as the food aisles for these as they are special packages.
