I did notice at Safeway last night when I was looking at the Hefty bags, they were marked at $1.99 each. I believe you needed to buy 4 to get that price- so $1.49 after coupon.
Found a bunch of tear pads at SaveMart for Ziploc, buy 2 get 1 free. Should be able to combine it with the $1/2 for a good deal
