You always get the eggs for $.99, lucky! Mine are always $1.49 on sale.
When I was at Safeway in San Jose, CA on Sunday, the checker told me that Safeway no longer allows using a manufacturers coupon with their coupon. The ones she disallowed were for the cereals. She said this happened about 3 weeks ago. Anyone else ran across this?
Diane I have heard rumblings of that from a few stores but as of now that is not the official policy for Safeway. I would suggest you call customer service but I have never had much luck with them and I don’t know if you will either. Sorry Diane I don’t have much advice for you other than to start scoping out other stores 🙁
When I looked at my receipt in more detail I noticed that I had received Safeway e-coupons for the cereals. That makes it more understandable as you would be getting 2 mfg. coupons with the special Safeway one.
There is also a .55/1 Mission products Cellfire coupon to pair with the in-ad coupon deal and w/ the insert coupon, each pk of tortillas would only be $0.49! Load on your Safeway club card! Great buy!
Thanks Lyndi- I actually posted that this morning. The Cellfire site is having some issues and many aren’t getting the coupons right now.
