WEDNESDAY: Roasted Chicken with Creamed peas and crispy shallots
THURSDAY: Scrambled Egg Turnovers with roasted tomatoes
FRIDAY: Dinner out (using my free Red Robin gift card)
SATURDAY: Blue Cheese Stuffed Burgers with Green Salad
SUNDAY: Wellzones with cheese sauce
