I just took a look at the Big Lots ad for next week and it looks like they have packs of ladies or kids underwear for $2.50 each! The ad says you need to buy 2 and get them for $5- which is perfect since there is a $1/2 printable coupon that makes them just 2 bucks a pack! They also have men’s underwear and socks for $4.
Now we all know Big Lots doesn’t take coupons so your best bet is to head into Target or Walmart and ask for a price match.
Personally I am excited because I happen to have a little on that is potty training and $2 seems like such a deal to me.
This should work for most people but the ad is not specific to exactly what is included, so some stores might refuse the price match. If you decide to try it let me know how it works out! I am going to try this for sure- we can always use socks and underwear.
My Target will never match a 2 for deal. Will Walmart match those?
Double check your $1/2 coupon – mine states that socks are excluded. I know only b/c I needed socks and wanted to use this coupon a couple weeks ago…

That is a good point- I don’t ever have problems price matching at Target but I know some stores are really difficult. From the feedback I hear, it seems like Walmart is much easier. This is the Target policy:

I was trying to think how they can deny it- I guess under that “no bundle” rule? Seems like a little bit of a stretch.
Do you guys go to customer service to ask about price matching or just do it in the regular check out line???
At Target you go to customer service and at Walmart they do it in seconds at checkout. I have found it much easier at Walmart.

Dallas- I hope it works 🙁 I am going to try at Target and see. Hopefully the 2/$5 isn’t a problem because I am pretty sure those kids underpants are normally like $5-6.

Laura- I didn’t get the Big Lots ad this week but I had a few emails from readers with success at Walmart. I didn’t hear any from Target but I am hoping to get the BL ad in the mail.
