I played the casino game and learned this tip: There are 2 forms of vitamin D: D2 and D3. D3 is more effective because it lasts longer in the body.

A tip I got: Vitamin C can be found in fruits, (especially citrus), and vegetables, including green and red peppers, tomatoes, and green leafy varieties.

I need to start taking some.

Mari August 20, 2010 at 1:38 PM

I learned that research is clear — we need more vitamin D in our daily diet. Studies have demonstrated that a deficiency in vitamin D may be a major factor in causing many health conditions. Because of vitamin D’s key role in many biological functions in the body, many experts recommend that individuals consume 1000 IU of vitamin D every day to maintain overall health.
