How do you get Target College Savings mailer ??
Sen- As I said in the post the Target mailers are completely random and no one knows exactly how they determine who they send them to. It is luck of the draw. Some think it is from getting a Target Credit Card or prescriptions filled there. I have never done either of those things and get them fairly frequently.
If you did not get this mailer than you can’t get this deal. You can try to see if they are on sale on Ebay.
