CVS: Free Fuze Beverages

I mentioned this in the CVS post for this week , but reader Ami reminded me of this and I wanted to remind you!

There is a deal running through 8/28– Buy 10 Vitaminwater, Powerade or Fuze drinks and get a $5 ECB.  That makes each drink just $.50.

But even better lots of people are finding tearpads and peelie coupons for .50 or .75 off Fuze drinks- which actually makes them all free after coupon!

The limit is 2 on this transaction for the month.

*NOTE:  Some areas the drinks are priced at $1.25 rather than $1.

Thanks Ami!

Just an FYI about the tearpad coupons. The fine print says one per purchase. So it depends on your cashier if you’ll be able to use multiples.

Kay- they are if you are lucky and spot them near the beverage area. Check the shelves, the cooler areas and if you have a refrigerated section too.

What is crv? Is it something only in CA?

Yes Ariana it is the local state tax on beverages.

Ariana – CRV stands for California redemption value. It is a $.05 – $.10 fee per item residents in California have to pay when they purchase beverages. Then if you recycle the plastic or glass bottle at a redemption center this fee is refunded to you. It is California’s way of trying to make residents here recycle.
