The best part about feta cheese is that it has a long shelf life. I usually have several of these in the fridge that I get for super cheap and they last for months.
I don’t think these are on sale at Safeway stores anymore but they do go on sale for as low as $2 a package fairly frequently so keep an eye out!
If you have any problems with the coupon try changing your browser. I got 2 coupons that don’t expire until 9/16.
Do you have some favorite recipes that use this? I love it in salads, but would like to try something different.

I use it in eggs with sun dried tomatoes, in pasta dishes, this week I am just making a cucumber salad with olive oil, red wine vinegar and feta- super simple stuff. It is wonderful on everything basically.
The last 2 weeks there were $1 coupons for this cheese at Lifetime Fitness. So if you are a member look in the Life Cafe and see if you can pick some coupons up!!
I think these are still on sale at safeway for 2.50, not 100% though!
