A quick question. This is about the catalina at Safeway for P&G products (if you purchase $25 in items you get a catalina for $10 towards gift card). Does the $25 have to be before or after coupons?
Stephanie- many people are saying it is before coupons. They almost always are- in fact I don’t recall a time they were not. The trick however is that the ad does state AFTER coupons and I will not be posting anything that goes against what a store specifically states in an ad.
