Just an FYI…if you order sandals the S&H does not come up free. I called customer service and they were able to take it off for me. They said the system was not recognizing sandals as shoes…go figure. $11.00 pair of sandals for $1.07 shipped to my home. Not bad!

Ok seriously. Its like jc pennys decides to not allow me to purchase the item just because I have that code. I found many items that I like and go through the checkout process and put in the promo code and then it says, Item no longer available. I know there’s a lot of people trying to get a good deal and items can go fast, but it seems like their doing that on purpose because I’m using a code!

Lacey- sorry I had a laugh at that. Can you just imagine some little man on the other end of the computer messing with you on this? I think Robyn mentioned that sandals are not considered shoes for some reason. Maybe you can just call them directly and see if they can get this to work for you? A quick FYI for other JCP shoppers. A few months ago I started to sign up for JCP rewards but opted to not finish the process because I didn’t feel comfortable giving them my credit card number… I know they get it eventually when I buy stuff so it shouldn’t be a big deal… but that is all besides the point…
My point is this, after I did that I ended up on the JCP mailing list and the last 3 times the $10 off $10 codes have come out they have sent me a post card that can be used in store. I love this because I hate paying shipping and I really like shopping clearance in store.
