You can see Safeway’s coupon policy right HERE. Most stores will allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with the store coupons that can be found in the weekly circulars. You will want to be sure to get a club card for Safeway to take advantage of the sale prices! Safeway sale prices tend to vary from region to region so you will always want to double check your local ad! Also, I do not have double coupons in my area so your prices are likely much better than mine!

Whole Grain Barilla Pasta is not included in the coupon sale. It sells for $2 a box at my store.

While it is nice to be able to load some of the Safeway Store Coupons to your card I have decided it is better to just print them because for some reason they only work on my card about half the time.
Charlene says
Laura how did you figure that out? It only let’s me save them to card and you are right they never work. The cellfire and shortcuts do and the safeway ones are a bust.

For any lemonade fans out there, Newmans Own lemonade is now on sale at Safeway for 2/$3.00. There are 50cent coupons out there and some online I found at couponsdealsandmore.com, under organic coupons. I’ve been getting them for 50cents, but even if your Safeway doesn’t double, at $1, there is no high fructose corn syrup in this lemonade. Usually they are priced at 2/$4.00 and I still buy them for $1. Not sure how long they are on sale for.
They’re in the refrigerated section.

I guess I’m one of the lucky ones because the Safeway eQs seem to work for me (*knocking on wood*). They don’t appear on the receipt like a regular Q; they simply reduce the price of the item being purchased. So if you have a $2 item and a 50 cent Safeway eQ, the item will ring up on your receipt as $1.50 instead of showing its regular price less the Q.
Laura Williams says
The way I print them is to go to the Safeway site and click on the coupons link. Then click the link where it says load to card or print at home. On the left there is a red tab that says coupon center, click on the print at home button, it will take a moment to load the coupons and then just select them like if you were using coupons.com and click the print button when you are done selecting them.
Hope that helps, sorry it took me so long to post back.
