Has anyone else tried to do it? I tried this morning and no one knew what I was talking about at all. They called help desk and told me I had to spend $30 at Finish Line and they would give me a $10 coupon for Office Max?!? How do they not understand It?! Maybe Office Max got enough of a backlash that they revised their rewards policy? All I can say is that I have been able to use rewards to buy rewards items for the last year or so...
