There is a new Office Depot coupon available to take $10 off your $25 purchase through 7/15.
I just posted the Staples deals for next week and most Staples stores will accept competitors coupons! The rebate offers are that much better with this coupon!
(It never hurts to call ahead and confirm they will accept the coupon before you head out)

I just wanted to mention that my Staples had no problem honoring a the office depot coupon last time. I went there after the great toilet paper (Marcal) debacle. Their customer service had sent me a $20 gift certificate to use and they took that and the competitors coupon, so I was able to buy a new (badly needed!) office chair on sale for only .84 out of pocket. Under a dollar! Woo hoo! I can’t wait to see what deals I can get this time.

Will this coupon work at Office Depot? It says it has a one time use and I wasn’t sure if it was emailed to someone. I opened it twice and it looked like the same # on the bar code. If I am in another state maybe the computer won’t care or know if it has been used before.
Holly they are emailed out. It is a generic coupon that is not tied to any specific account- just like the Bath and Body Works or Coach coupons we sell all the time.

I think what that means is that you can’t go in and do back to back transactions and keep using the same coupon. You can probably do separate trips or have the hubs do a transaction though. I don’t think it says one per person on it.
Too bad that most Staples in the San Francisco Bay Area do not take competitors coupon.
I just tried to use the $10/$25 coupon at Office Depot to buy 2 of the multipurpose papers ($1 after rebate each) & the free stapler and they wouldn’t accept the coupon because it says “cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.”
Sorry Brooke 🙁 I heard from a number of people that did this over the weekend at Office Depot. I think it really depends on your store which is why you might want to call ahead before you go. You can try complaining to Office Depot customer service but it might not be worth the time. I have used those coupons repeatedly at Staples on rebate items without any problems at all but I have heard from readers that get shot down at Staples for the same transactions.
