It says you can only get one every 180 days, but I can’t remember if I’ve signed up for something for them within that time or not. Will they tell me if I’m not eligible?

I also got a package from them today. I was shocked cuz i have signed up for these promotions everytime and never got nothing. I was beginning to think i would never get anything, but i did! I had a huge box of sample items to pick up at the post office today!
