I just wanted to update my post from yesterday. I heard from several of you that found Nivea lip balm for .99 at Safeway stores- I popped into a different store today and sure enough they are .99 through July 25th.
You can grab the $2/2 coupon and get them both for free! I haven’t tested this yet but I heard from you guys no beeps on the coupon!

The coupons went through no problem, but the cashier realized the overage and adjusted the coupons, no biggie still got them free, YAH!
