I am currently on the phone holding for assistance since the price wasn’t as listed above. I have been on hold for 10min waiting for customer service. But if this works it will be well worth it!!
Ok Rachel- let me know how it works out. As long as you registered you should have seen the $132 price. That should have applied when you added it to your cart and it didn’t work for me the million times I tried it. The glider didn’t work either and that is also a heck of a deal.
After 20 minutes on hold I was told I cannot place an order over the phone or internet. They are having problems with the website and the discounts. He said the only thing I can do is try the website later as it’s a 2 day sale. I guess if it sells out we are out of luck! Darn.

I own the Boulevard CS and almost had heart failure when I saw this post, because I SO wanted to get another for our second car. I tried to order, but keep getting a message that there are none available. Totally heartbroken!

Cali- I talked to a lady- I actually got right through and she said they officially sold out at 7pm PST on both car seats. What a shame you called before 7! I asked about the Gliders too because those are not working either and she said she could place an order over the phone for those. She also said they are going to see about getting more car seats and to call first thing in the morning and see. She put me on hold to ask a supervisor and came back and said to call and they would know the status tomorrow.
I would for sure try again if you can! You might try for a supervisor if you get a stinker rep again.

That ticks me off!! The guy was sooo rude too. Said he had 50 calls asking the same thing. When I asked about it selling it out acted like I was crazy. Urrgh!
Charlene, after I read yours, I called again. The second guy I talked to was just as difficult as the first and he wouldn’t help me or let me talk to a supervisor. I said that I know of someone that got one over the phone and he basically said that was impossible and it must have been over the internet (ha!). It is disappointing because I definitely made my first call to get it before 7pm (pacific). Oh well, thanks for the tip, that would have been a great deal on a great seat!
Wow… probably the worst customer service EVER!! I called and spoke to Trever who said they didn’t have any and there was nothing he could do. He had some this morning but that they are now sold out!! I asked for a supervisor. Then Trevor came back on the line and said they were taking down info and adding it to a spreadsheet of new prospects that he would call would it came in stock. Then I got disconnected!! I waited on hold again and got another guy named Jason who said he would make a note on my account that they would honor the sale price after the sale when they car seat was in stock. I explained what Trevor had found out from his super so Jason went to get his super because he had no idea what I was talking about. Supervisor Shawn said they would honor the price when it was in stock and they would add my info to the call sheet. Honestly, I don’t think he had any idea what I was talking about. Hopefully I will get a call. I’ll call again tomorrow.
It is 8:08am Pst and they are no longer available. I just got off the phone with customer service.

Melinda I was thinking that but I don’t think so. You’d have to get diapers.com customer service person to register for the sale and I think it MIGHT work but you’d really need a spectacular customer service person. I think if the online thing says sold out it won’t work now 🙁
I will be interested to know if they called you and honored the price. The lady I just spoke with said that there was no list of people who wanted it and it was just while quantities lasted. that’s all the calling I am going to do to them!
I called last week to get a price match on something else at diapers.com. They are no longer doing price matches but she did it that one time as a courtesy. I seriously doubt they will do a price match on this especially now that it’s clearly sold out on the website.
Wendy, I hope they will! I have a feeling that we may be seeing some great deals on this car seat if FAO doesn’t call to honor the sale price. I was taking a peek at Amazon and Britax has a new seat also called Boulevard 70 coming out Aug 30. It looks like it will be replacing the Boulevard 65.
I called again today and they did get more in but of course they were sold out by the time I called. Ugh. I was promised they would honor the price when they get more in stock. I spoke to Suzanne. She also said if they don’t get anymore that they would sell me a comparable. I still have my fingers crossed!!
