i was wondering if anyone else has tried to purchase this. It says free shipping but in the checkout it is charging me 40.01 with tax and shipping. i am shipping it to hawaii for my cousins wedding so i thought that might be why it is charging me so much, but i cannot find anything that states hawaii is excluded from free shipping.
$40! My gosh- I tested it and the shipping was free to California 🙁 Can you call or email Target and see what the problem is? You used that daily deal link right? You didn’t search through Target.com? You have to click that link to get the free shipping.
I clicked on the daily link off of target.com-and it is showing in the shipping details of my order that it is free but in the order summary it shows 18.30 for shipping. Hmm..I may have to see if I can contact them or give up and send a gift card instead! If I am going to pay that much in shipping I should just add that amount to their gift card and let them spend it however they want!

I just tried with both a Hawaii address and a Texas address, when I used the Hawaii one it was $20 more. It may have what Target calls a “Special Distance Fee”. Usually it is much more expensive to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. I’m with you, just send a gift card. Even better, an e-giftcard.
