Well I fully intend to read the manual for my camera one day so the pictures aren’t all blurry like this one.  But in the meantime, here is this week’s trip.  We didn’t really need much but I am getting extra convenience foods in preparation for us to move in a few weeks.  I just know there won’t be time to cook so easy stuff should come in handy.

5 Yo Plus Yogurt $1.50- Used (5) $1/1 coupons
2 Strawberries at $1.67
Bananas 1.36

3 Taco Bell Taco Shells .83- Used $1/2 coupons

2 Gardenburgers $2.56- Used (2) .75/1 coupons

TARGET: $6.85
3 Ritz Crackerfuls- $2.54- Used (2) $1/1 and a free item coupon

3 Kraft Mac and Cheese $2.69- used 2 free item coupons
4 Oscar Mayer Lunch Meat $2.89- used (2) $1/1 coupons and 2 free item coupons

I did two transactions to roll gift cards and had $6.61 in gift cards to start with.

RALEY’S: 13.52
Raleys Pizza- Used Free coupon
2 Snyder’s Pretzels- .99- used $1/1 coupons
Raley’s Syrup $2.99

2 Arborio Rice for Risotto on clearance $1.59
2 Ronzoni $1.50- Used $1/1 coupons and .75/2 Raley’s coupon
Wheat Bread $1.69
2 Eggs $1.29

I have a little left so we plan to check out one of the Farmer’s Markets this week and see if we can score some great produce.

    Questions about the pretzel deal:

-If you are only buying the pretzels, do you need to buy something else because of the $.01 overage?

-Do they really limit you to 2?

-Do you get coupon hassle at Raley’s/Bel Air..do you keep a copy of their coupon policy with you?

    Thanks!

Carrie I would buy something else if you possibly can because you never, ever want to be in the negative at any store. Even two cents. If you absolutely do not need one single thing perhaps you can buy a gift card to use at Raley’s another day? Yes they limit you to 2. I actually tested this by mistake the other day when I bought 4 Ball Park that had a limit of 2. The first 2 rang up probably and the 2nd 2 were full price. I didn’t even notice the limit. I have never once had a problem at Raley’s or Bel Air. I happen to love to shop there because they are delightful IMO. So much easier than Safeway! I can’t say about every store but the ones I go to are lovely.

so do you have access to 5 computers to be able to get 10 target coupons? and do you have more than one kraft first taste account to be able to get 2 free item coupons? genuine questions…

    No:

    1. I was able to print 2 coupons per computer. I have 2 computers and I happened to go by my Dad’s office where I printed from their computers. That usually doesn’t happen. Anyone could have done this transaction by combining those .50 coupons with the BOGO coupons that reset.
    2. No I have one First Taste account. I used one of those coupons and one of the coupons from Target. First Taste sent me 6 coupons in total for six items. I listed the transaction out here:

Are you staying in the area? Just wondering if you were moving to a place where they will double your coupons =) Seriously though, we just did a local move about nine months ago, and I am still trying to recover. Good luck!

Yes Nicole I am actually excited to move (!) We moved into a townhome for 1 year last year so that we could pay off my student loans and save money for a renovation on our real house. We rented our lovely house out and now it is time to go back! It will be insane amounts of work but it is only 5 miles away. The very, very sad thing is that I will be about 15 minutes from Target not 5. But the great thing is that we have a nice spacious house again instead of living from boxes in a tiny townhome.

You got a boatload of stuff for $36! Great score! I get a big kick out of leaving a store w/ a lot of bags having spent very little money 🙂 Good luck on your move, I hate moving. I once went from living 5 mins from a Taco Bell to living 15 mins from one & lost 25 lbs LOL
