Did anyone else have trouble with this one? I found it peculiar that Kotex emailed me this and then told me I wasn’t eligible for a free sample 😛

Yeah, I got the same message.
i got this message “Our records indicate that you have already registered for this product or are ineligible to receive it.” i have signed up previously, maybe thats why.
