There is also a $1 off NYC Cosmetics coupon available for purchases of $1.72 or more. I found eyeliner, nail polish, lipstick and glosses for $1.72 at Target- so just .72 after coupon!
I am pretty sure Walmart and CVS have similar prices as well.

Rimmel mascara was $2.99 at my Target, but still a bargain at ..99!!
if anyone is doing the Vanish Drop in Toilet Cleaner Bogo Target and BOGO Manufacturer Q you don’t have to buy the extra package to make it work. I did, but there was no beep so just buy the 2 packages, and use the two Q’s and you will have to pay zero. i paid 2.14 for 3 – 2 packs so (not complaining) but i could have just got the 2 for zero.

Judy which wasn’t on sale? The Rimmel has always been a variety of prices- they usually have at least 5 or 6 different ones. The one that is pictured is typically no more than $2.99 but they also have other kinds that go up to about $6.
The NYC should be $1.72 everywhere all the time.

Unfortunately the only unadvertised deal that I was able to find was the Rimmel so I’m very jealous hehe 🙂 Those who do go to get it though, watch out for how much it rings up, mine rung up @ $2.99 though it was posted @ $2.49 so they were very nice & did a override for me.
The Targets near me have raised the price on this Rimmel to $2.99. I was able to find another variety on clearance for $2.48.
