Well I was pretty delighted when I finally looked at the SmartSource insert today and spotted the $5 Target Gift Card coupon when you buy a Scrubbing Bubbles Power Sprayer.
There are a few ways that this is a pretty spectacular deal.
Buy 1 Power Sprayer at $7.99
Use $5 gift card coupon from 5/2 SS
Use $5/1 Power Sprayer from 4/11 SS
You will pay $2.99 + tax and get a $5 gift card back- so a $2 moneymaker!
There is a FREE refill coupon HERE when you buy a Power Sprayer- so you can try to use that as well. I want to caution you that about half of you have been able to use and half have had it refused. So your luck will vary!
If you happen to have 3 of each of the coupons above here is what I would do. This won’t be exactly right because I don’t know what sales tax is in your area.
#1 transaction:
Buy Scrubbing Bubbles at $7.99
Use $5 gift card coupon
Use $5/1 coupon
Total: $2.99 and get $5 gift card back#2 transaction:
Buy 1 Scrubbing Bubbles at $7.99
Use $5 gift card coupon
Use $5/1 coupon
Total: $2.99- use the $5 gift card from above ($2.01 balance left on the card) and get another $5 card#3 transaction:
Buy 1 Scrubbing Bubbles at $7.99
Use $5 gift card coupon
Use $5/1 coupon
Total $2.99- Use $2.01 balance from that first gift card and then use .98 from the second gift card- get another gift cardOnce that is done you will have spent a total of $2.99 + tax and you should have $4.02 left on a gift card plus another gift card with $5! Then you can submit the rebate HERE for $5 back when you buy 3 items! (If the free refill coupons do work for you than you don’t need to do all three of those transactions to submit the rebate.) So this could be an $11 moneymaker after rebate and gift cards!

You can tell i’m new. How do you use two $5 coupons and still pay $2.99. If it’s $7.99 and you’re using 2 $5Q wouldn’t you have overage? I’m still learning so sorry if this answer is obvious, but to me Ijust don’t get it! LOL

Rochelle- I am not sure you read that correctly. One of the $5 coupons- the Target coupon- is for a $5 gift card to Target it is not a $5 off coupon. So you will pay money out of pocket and you will get a gift card that you can use next time. Yes there is overage and it is on the gift card.
Grrrrrr. Didn’t get the target gift card deal in my paper either. Hate when I carefully set up for a deal and one piece is missing. I’m in Central FL 🙁
