Starbucks will have a Happy Hour special May 7-16 with Frappuccinos half off! This is from 3-5pm only.
This should be available at all Starbucks stores and it is featured in the Safeway ad this week- so you should be able to score the Happy Hour special at your in store kiosks as well!
As with any national promotion, I always recommend calling ahead to confirm participation!
