Yes…the link provided only takes you to the blog. There is no mention of the nail polish anywhere on that page. If we don’t have the magazine, can we make a copy of that page (I’m thinking of copying it at the library) and bring it?
I wouldn’t think so because the instructions are to take the magazine or the printable coupon. Since this offer is dated tomorrow I would just be patient and check again tomorrow. If they say a coupon is to be found at that link than hopefully they will add the coupon sometime today or early tomorrow.
Otherwise I suppose you can call your Ulta and ask if a photocopy is OK.
