Has anyone gotten an actual phone call from the company, as it says in their site? I filled out the form and submitted it and it said Thank you, but noone ever called and I didn’t get any kind of confirmation number. Wondering if I should submit it again.

Thanks for posting this again. Someone had told me you HAD to have 6 products to get your money back. So, I’m glad you posted the link to get the refund.

Thanks for posting this. I’ve had all my recalled products in a bag in the cabinet waiting to hear what to do with them. Thanks!

I just filled out a “contact us by email” form and typed in my complaint and asking what I should do with my recalled items and they sent me a check for $12. I never even listed how many medicines I had or anything. I aslo was never contacted through phone or email. a check just showed up.

I submitted mine last week, but have not gotten a phone call either. I looked on the site but couldn’t find a place to post comments about the recall. Both of my kids received hives a couple months ago after taking the medications. Both our children’s tylenol and motrin were on the recall though, so I am not sure which one the hives came from since they were given both. The same thing happened with a friend from out of state too. All in all my kids are fine, but I would still like to report what happened.

i submitted a request for refund when they first announced the recall. I received two checks in the mail ($10 per item) last Thursday. I had seven medications recalled. i think I will stick with generics…

I had 4 items on the recall list. One has just recently expired. Should I list it anyway, even though it is expired?

Melissa I had one that had just expired also and listed it. I never received a call but I did receive a check last week for $20.
