I’m a newbie at shopping at walmart. Is the .97cents shipping everyday, because if it is i would definitely start online shopping at walmart for gifts, their prices are amazing!
Kitara no it is hit or miss and one thing is that they usually sell out super fast on stuff. They offer free site to store shipping on a lot of items.
