Reader Cindy reminded me that the Scrubbing Bubbles deal is still running at Kroger stores if you missed this great deal before.
There is a $3 catalina running through 5/23 when you buy 1 Scrubbing Bubbles Power Sprayer. There is also a $1 catalina when you buy a refill.
Cindy’s store had these priced at $6.02 for the Power Sprayer and the refills were $2.67.
You can get a free refill when you buy a power sprayer coupon HERE.
There was also a $5 Power Sprayer coupon HERE or in 4/11 SS.
So the best case scenario would be:
Buy 1 Power Sprayer at $6.02
Buy 1 Refill at $2.67
Use Free refill coupon (-2.67)
Use $5 off coupon
Final Price: $1.02 + tax and get $3 plus $1 catalinas back!
I did this transaction a few weeks ago at Safeway and it worked perfectly.
If your store will not allow the refill coupon to be used, you will pay $1.02 and get $3 back. Still a great deal!

Just an FYI for others – the Krogers in my area have changed coupon policy and no longer accept internet coupons for free items. Your Kroger might not accept either. Still a good deal though even without that coupon.
Sorry should have read the rest.
does this work at kroger affiliate stores? like fry’s?
I did this today at Kroger, but my Catalina’s didn’t print. What can I do about this?
Jeanne if you click on the catalina link in the post check the bottom for the number to call catalina marketing. Or you can return the product- whichever you prefer.
I found this deal at Kroger in Rockford, IL. As of today it is still going on. Kroger specials around here are always from Thursday to Wednesday (not Sunday to Saturday). I purchased the Starter Spray on sale for $7.98 -which is actually the loyalty member’s price. The refill was on sale for $2.67 (normally $3.99) for a total of $10.65. I used the $5 coupon for the Starter and the “Buy a Starter Get a Free Refill” coupon (up to $3.99 max). Instead of subtracting $2.67 for the refill, it subtracted the non-member price of $3.99 for a total deduction of $8.99. I paid $1.66 out of pocket and then got a $3 catalina. Since Kroger is near my work, I have been rolling these over everyday and the extra income helps pay for my lunch!
