There were a number of items just recalled by the Food and Drug Administration- including Children’s Tylenol, Motrin and Zyrtec.

Does anyone know about getting your money back in such situations? I purchased a bunch of this at CVS to stock up and it is unopened. It is quite expensive and I hope I am not out of luck. The manufacturer’s website does not address refunds.
Thanks for posting this, my daughter’s tynenol was recalled. I was able to request a refund or coupon for a new product from the main page: http://www.mcneilproductrecall.com/
I called yesterday b/c I had 11 different items that were part of the recall. The customer service rep said I’d get free coupons in the mail to replace each item.
I had three items on the list. I chose to receive a refund instead of a coupon for replacement items.
I can’t get the doc to open. What program did you use?
There’s an 800 number to call, 1-888-222-6036. I asked if they were refunding them or what, and they actually collect your info, send out a mailer for you to send the meds back, and then you get either a refund check or a voucher for new bottles, whichever you prefer. (keep your bottles/boxes, they’ll want lot #’s and stuff from it)
