I told you about Group On over the weekend and I got an email today from them saying that readers located within 30 miles of Carmichael, CA can get a $195 carpet cleaning service for $68 today only.
Now most of you are not local readers but I can’t wait to see what other deals come along from Group On! I am hoping we see some spa packages in honor of Mother’s Day.
Readers Erika and Stephanie suggested registering for deals in cities you might be headed to this year. I am going to NYC for a conference in a few months so I registered to see NYC deals just in case. I thought that was very clever way to save a little extra while traveling.

Also check out restaurants.com before you travel. We just returned from vacation but I checked restaurants.com before we left and we used a gift certificate that I paid $2 for to save $25 off of our meal at a fabulous restaurant.
