You will need to coupon on page 24 of the June/July magazine OR the printable coupon that should be available HERE.

awww that sucks i actually subscribe to seventeen magazine but Ulta is a little too far for me. Last time they were giving out OPI nic sticks (nail polish in a pen form), they only had one left. lucky me, i suggest you guys go early if your Ulta store if participating.
cjs for some reason I thought it was 29 or less for Seventeen but I did not see that exclusion in the info for this. Can you imagine if they turned you away for being too old? I don’t know what I would do.

It isn’t there yet. That is why I said it SHOULD be there. Check again tomorrow. According to the instructions from Seventeen that is supposed to be where a printable coupon is located. Here is what it says:
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NICOLE BY OPI NAIL LACQUER GIVEAWAY (June/July Issue): Beginning May 25, 2010, bring the coupon on page 24 of the June/July 2010 issue of Seventeen to any participating ULTA store to receive your free gift, Nicole by OPI Nail Lacquer. You many also go to seventeen.com/nicolebyopi to print out the coupon. Approximate retail value: $8. Ten thousand (10,000) will be given away. One per person. Giveaway ends June 28, 2010, or while supplies last. Once all nail polishes are distributed, there will be no substitute product given away.
