Elizabeth it is a reputable site so not to worry. I think I only have one magazine from them, Rachael Ray, and I have not heard any complaints the previous times I have posted.
Allison, I used to subscribe and these are pretty easy recipes. For me, I always found they included meat so I never had as many recipes as I wanted from the magazine. They have a web site that you can get an idea of the types of things they publish.

This is a nice, simple cooking magazine. There’s always a picture and they show lots of different ways to cook normal foods. It’s a really nice magazine and I have a whole stack that I flip through occasionally when I’m looking for ideas for dinner.
