The last few times I’ve been in CVS the coupon center has spit out $2 off little swimmers coupons. I’ve been saving them for this scenario!
what is a dinner and a movie card? how much do they run? my main store is CVS this week, have a few coupons I’d like to use that got printed out. don’t think I can use them together. plus I have money leftover from my gift card extra thing .apparently they don’t scan. 🙁 they had to manually do it. (sigh)
*edit* I used my leftover GC and the two coupons, so nice! I think I saved about 18 dollars….(I think) and then I got more coupons. another 5 off 25 and then my dollar from getting V8 splash. yeah!
Karen I don’t have any idea about these to be honest. I assume it is participating restaurants and theaters but I am sure they will have more details on the cards in the store. I would be curious to hear if you can use ECBs on them- usually gift cards are excluded but I have never tried it.

I stopped at CVS this afternoon and a $2 off any Huggies wipes printed out from the coupon machine! This will go nicely with the new Huggies coupons!
Ok I’m going to try this- 2 gillette body wash, 1 old spice wash, and 1 deoderant. use bogo gillette and bogd old spice, plus the $4 off 2 gil and $1 off 2 old spice, so it’ll be more like spend $3 get 8 ecb! My cvs is very easy on the coupons so it should work, and I got a $2 off any huggies wipes tub or refill from the coupon printer today, so I used that and a .50 off man, so it was .99 for a tub of wipes!

All of the Nivea womens body wash scanned at $4.99 for me (Las Vegas,NV) so after using (3) $4 q’s and getting back $5 for every $15, this is a moneymaker this week. I bought 2 of the honeydew scent and 1 of the apricot and got $5 in ECB’s back even though my total (before q’s) was only $14.97. ymmv but definitely try the scanner and price check.
Maybe my math is wrong, but on the Gillette deal, can’t you use 2 of the $4/2? So it would run:
Buy 4 Gillette body wash at $4 ea ($16)
Use 2 BOGO from 5/2 PG (-$8)
Use 2 $4/2 from 5/2 PG (-$8)
For a total of 4 body washes FREE and $8 ECB?

Possibly Lori- using a second coupon with a BOGO coupon can be tricky. So it will depend on your cashier if they let you use both.

Looking at the Amex cards now. You have to buy two to get the 5 ECB, and they each have a $4 activation fee. Not worth it, unless you are buying these as gifts, and even then…
The dinner and a movie cards do not have an activation fee.
My local cvs took the gillette coupon deal I mentioned earlier! Free gillette body wash, and $8 ECB!
If you get Fitness magazine, there is a $3 off any ONE (1) Olay Total Effects Body Wash in the June issue. That goes great with the $2 ECB deal on Olay Body Wash to make it $2 final price!!! =)
i did the Gillette deal deal too. I just used the 1- Gillette body wash BOGO Q and got 8 back in ECBs
also here in Sacramento the Sobe is 77 cents / each, not BOGO that must be regional

I received a 2 CVS Huggies coupon through the mail. Not sure how or why, but it’s for any Huggies. Perhaps some other people will be getting it as well?
Randi I got one too but mine is for the jeans diapers. CVS sends them out on occasion for random items.
Had success today with a few of the “throw-away” coupons (that’s what I call them, they are the Qs that print out from the machine every time you go in to CVS in a certain week!)

$1 off 2 Gold Emblem snacks – the Gold Emblem version of pringles are on sale for .99 a can this week, so .98 for 2 after Q

The CVS red machine spit out $2.00 off any Visine eye drops for me. At the register there are Visine (.28 fl oz) eye drops for $1.99! Free eye drops this week!
