One thing I ran into today, the cashier told me that they can only accept 1 coupon per transaction for the same items (the Seattle’s Best, I had 3, she said she could only take one). She said her manager had told her this a few weeks ago. I pulled out my printed policy and she said “oh it wont’ be there, it was verbal”. She then asked someone and was told to take them…Frustrating!
@ Mona: Weird. I’d let corporate know about it and ask them to clarify. Maybe that will get you on the mailing list to get the coupon mailers 🙂
