If you have purchased your Seventh Generation items for the $5 rebate I have mentioned several times, I would strongly encourage you to get those forms mailed in!
It looks like they have removed the form from the web site as it has reached the limit. I am sure they will honor the rebates for those that have already made purchases but just to be safe I would not wait to get everything sent off.
So if you did not print it yet, you are out of luck?
Teresa someone may have saved the form that they can pass along or you can just email 7th Generation and ask them to send it to you.
