Comment: Lisa G. says My daughter would so love this and so would I. She has recently started getting into Daddy’s toolbox and it scares me to death. It would be great to give her own toolbox. Thanks for all the savings! I had no idea you could save this much on things, but you have helped me get started in the coupon game and I am now addicted.
As I mentioned yesterday, I got to test four of the fun new spring toys from Fisher Price and Matchbox this week.
One of the products was this cute Fisher Price Trio Building set for girls. Now I have two girls so pink is everywhere I turn but I have to say the little pink toolbox this set comes in I just loved!
My two year old is daddy’s little helper- she loves nothing more than sitting and assembling things and playing with Daddy’s tools.
I was thinking this toy might be a little beyond her age range since it is meant for children aged 3-7 but she got right in there and was building away. She was quite taken with assembling the blocks to create fish and birds and all sorts of things.
I really believe toys like these encourage children’s creativity and imagination. And as I mentioned yesterday- here is another toy that may very well offer you a few minutes of peace and quiet.
You can purchase the Trio from Amazon for $26.99 right now.

You can also win one from MFA!! I have the pink kit available for one lucky reader (and for those of you with little boys not to worry- I have something for you tomorrow!)
If you would like to win the Trio kit for your little one just leave a comment and let me know what your little lady loves doing. I’d love to hear what games or toys or activities your kiddos enjoy. As I mentioned my two year old can sit for hours with Daddy doing all sorts of projects around the house or assembling furniture and things.
I will randomly select a winner on Saturday at 10 am. If you are viewing this in a reader or via email please be sure to click through to the blog to leave a comment!
GOOD LUCK!!

Don’t have a little girl yet myself, but I would possibly send it to a girl I sponsor in Africa.

My 2 yr old daughter is very independent and plays with any and all toys but loves her kitchen most. My 4 yr old daughter is crazy about the outdoors but as far as toys, she is into puzzles right now but mostly “reading” (memorized words) of books. Thanks.

My daughter loves to build things , she even takes all the boxes out of the recycle to build a city for her barbies.
My little girl loves loves to play outside.
my 2 year old little girl has something different each week, but her babies and her stuffed animals seem to take up a lot of time in her own pretend little world!
My daughter just had her one year birthday and all she wanted to play with were the balloons. But wood blocks and books are also favorites.
My girls love to play with their dolls and their tea set!
My Daughter would LOVE this !! She loves everything PINK !
My little girl loves everything pink and she loves to explore with her hands. I think she would love this!
My little girl turns one next week and she would LOVE to have these toys!! And..pink so her brother would know “hands off!”
My little lady loves trying on shoes!!!

My daughter LOVES to play with trains. She wants to be just like her big brother…

My niece loves to create stories and draw pictures to go with it.
My little girl loves doing ANYTHING with her dad. Lots of outdoor activities. Lots of building things – blocks, legos. And lots of wrestling!
My baby girl is all about building with her blocks and coloring/drawing. She’s not much into dolls but is still a girlie girl as she likes her dress-up clothes. A good description of my girl, as my husband puts it, is we can envision her changing the oil in the car while wearing a tutu some day!! She loves to tinker with daddy’s tools! 🙂
My niece would love this!
My little girl loves playing dress up and just about any board game. Any game on the computer that helps her learn her ABC and numbers.
this would be for my niece, and she loves to play mommy with her babies and dress up with play clothes and makeup
My youngest will be two in 2 weeks, and she loves doing anything her older sisters do! She thinks she’s as old as everyone else!

She loves helping me cook and shop!
anything to keep my daughter occupied for more than 10 minutes!
My six-year old likes to play out in the dirt, looking for slugs and worms. We do have one strict rule though: they bugs have to stay outside!
Great fun for my grandaughters when they come to grandmas house!
My daughter loves to paint.
I don’t have children of my own… but I am a play therapist and the Free Clinic of Simi Valley where i volunteer at would greatly benefit from new toys. All of our toys are donated so our clinic would be sooo grateful! Thanks!
I have a little girl that loves tools too! I think it’s so awesome. 😀 She’s always walkin’ around here with a screwdriver in hand. LOL.
We also love playing with bubbles! We go outside and bring our bucket of bubble making stuff and just sit for hours and blow bubbles. We have tons of bubble wands, all shapes and sizes. We have a bubble maker gun and several other gadgets that make bubble making so much fun. 😀
I have a trio of girls and each is very different: one loves nature, one loves singing, and one is a budding little entertainer. All three would love to win a box of Lego Trio!
My LO loves being a mommy. She generally has one baby in the stroller and one in her arms. She also asks us to watch her babies too.
This little pink trio set is simply adorable. I got several kinds for Christmas gifts in the boys styles. The pink is a unique style and color for the girls and would make anyone shop for one of these toys.
My daughter loves to sing to herself in the mirror. She’s a great little mommy to her baby dolls too.
As a father of four girls, I’m always pleased when I see things that encourage them to play with “boy things”, even in a girly way. We’re trying to raise some androgynous young women who can bring home the bacon and fry it up in the pan. That must be in part my wife. All the power tools in the house were gifts TO her! The kitchen stuff was all to ME!
My 3 1/2 yr old loves to have her plush animals, doll house toys, Littlest Pet shops & bath toy fish “talk” to each other. She is very into role playing & making stories with her toys. So fun to overhear and observe. Love having a child!!!
