Ok I think I have worked out a pretty good scenario for Olay.

Starting Sunday, we will see Olay Regenerist at $24.99 with a $10 ECB.

There is a rebate for Olay right now- spend $30 pre-coupon and submit for a free magazine or a $12 rebate HERE.

Buy 1 Regenerist Moisturizer at $24.99
Buy 1 Regenerist Facial Cleanser (projected price only) $5.99
Subtotal: $30.98
Use (2) $3/1 Regenerist from 3/7 P&G
Get $10 ECB
Submit $12 rebate for spending $30!
Final Price: $2.98 for both! If you have a CVS coupon this is a moneymaker!

just wantd to mention that many people are getting $4 off $20 skincare purchase in CVS so this would make deal even better. as well some people already received their PG booklet with $100 in savings from last promo where you had to spend $50 on PG products. in mentioned bookled you will find 3 coupons for olay each $5 off any olay FM/FC.
    then buy olay regenerist 24.99
buy regenerist facial cleanser 5.99 (i have checked this price in cvs yesterday)
    total 31.98
use cvs coupon $4 off $20
use two $5 from recent PG booklet
    pay $16.98 and get $10ecb
your oop going to be lower if you have any ecb in hand that you can use.
sure you can use thsi for rebate to get magazine for $12 and as well submit for olay promo spet $50 get $20 back

I was wondering if anyone had those books yet! Mine hasn’t come but man that makes an awesome deal! I am going to lay out the $20 rebate in my CVS post in just a few minutes.

If you buy something that can be used for 2 different rebates, do you just ask for 2 copies of your receipt so you have them to send off for each rebate?

I just got a $5/30 in my email today. It’s good through Sunday, could be used with this deal if you go in on Sunday!

I was wondering the same thing Jasmine. I know sometimes you can just make a photocopy.

I got my P&G coupon book a couple weeks ago, those $5 coupons just made my day!! I tried the Regenerist moisturizer and LOVE it so I’m really excited to get to buy it for so cheap!!! (or make money!!!) Thanks Tereza!!!

OK Sheila and Jasmine here is the deal. The vast majority of the time you can not copy a receipt because they require an original receipt for the rebate. Now double check the rebates because occasionally they don’t. You can try to get what is called a rebate receipt and that is essentially a duplicate copy of your receipt to submit for rebates. I have personally never in all my years of couponing found a cashier that knows how to do this so I almost never suggest it. Now there are others that have had luck with this and also know how to tell the cashiers at specific stores what to do. Does that make sense? I am sadly not one of those people. But maybe another reader can give us the details.

ok, both say to send in an original receipt…so do I have any other options? Thanks for the help!

  15. Charlene says

    04/16/2010 at 12:32 PM

    Ok Natalja,

Did I read it wrong? My understanding is that the magazine is free and you can submit that online. If you elect to get the $12 rebate than you would need to hope the stars align and get a rebate receipt as I mentioned above. Are you saying that you can not get the magazine and it needs to be printed and mailed in?

PS: I just tested it and to get the magazine you just enter bar codes. It says they will verify your purchases so I will update again if I get an email from them. So I think the scenarios I did are correct but you can’t double dip and get the $12 and the $20.

    04/17/2010 at 12:00 AM

yeah, that’s what I meant… getting the refund on the subscription requires a receipt. I personally am not that interested in any of those magazines so I was trying to find a way to get both rebates in the form of $$. Is that allowed if I am somehow able to get a rebate receipt?

    04/17/2010 at 12:03 AM

oh yeah, is it too late to send in for those P&G coupon books?
