I got an email from Toys R Us that they will have Avatar in store today for $14.99 for the DVD or $19.99 for the Blu Ray. This seems to be about the lowest price it is going to be- and this is the same price you can get by ordering through Amazon right now.
I did post a CVS deal for next week– if anyone else knows of a better deal let us know!

i live in colorado and our king soopers (its called kroger in other states) have the dvd for 15.99 on sale but if you buy a 1 liter coke and a 3 pk popcorn and a bag of gummies the price drops down to 11.99!
